What is the municipal forum Penser l'eau autrement?

The Ottawa River Consultation Table (TCO), in partnership with the five watershed organizations (OBVs) covering the Ottawa River watershed | Kichi Sibi, is organizing a municipal forum in spring 2026 to promote the sharing of knowledge, tools, and initiatives in integrated water management within the context of climate change. With heavy rainfall and increasingly frequent seasonal flooding , community resilience will be a central theme of this forum. Local stakeholders stand to gain significantly by mastering risk management related to water-related challenges.

Addressing more than 150 municipalities, MRCs and Indigenous communities in the territory, this event aims to be a hub for exchanges to build together a resilient and sustainable future .
